We are Rocking the Dam in Rockford Michigan Thursday August 4th as part of the first official Rock the Dam Music Festival and Battle of the Bands. Click the banner above for complete details. Also like them on Facebook as there will be video clips of performances posted there for you to vote on for the social media competition.
This is our first official "outdoor" show and our first official "all ages show", and our only summer show. AND THIS IS A FREE SHOW so we hope to see you there. |

What can we say but thanks to all the fans that showed up, your proving that Six Syllable Sin and our fans are a force to be reckoned with. Gigs at Uli's are a blast...
Uli likes his fog machine and light show and so do we, then there is the sound system and sound man generating great sound both out front and on stage, its one of the better we've ever had the privilege of playing through, what more can we say but "Awesome".
We picked up the Six Syllable Sin t-shirts on the way to the show Thursday night, they were still warm when we picked them up(thanks for the quick turn around to the guys who did them). We are selling them for $10.00, they are selling fast at that price.

This was our first official Lansing area appearance and what a killer night it was. First to our fans (this was the biggest turnout we’ve had), if you were there we send you big thanks; you saw what was one of our best shows ever. Uli’s is a great rock bar, a fun place to play with an excellent sound system and soundman (thanks) and an awesome light show (thanks Uli).

| TEMPTATION SCREAMS – NEW CD RELEASE |

Just over a year ago we took a short break from playing any live shows to head into the studio and record, ten months later we emerged with what we call “Temptation Screams”, our 11 song (some say there are 12) CD release.
A lot of blood, sweat and time went into the recording, mixing, mastering plus the artwork and the band is very proud of the end product.

A very long overdue website update has taken place; we’ve completely rebuilt it, made it better, faster and stronger. We’ve done away with the old “static” website (cleaned up the sever) and replaced it with a “dynamic” database driven site. This makes updates and posting news stories as simple as clicking a button and “poof” its there.
Here are some of the new features—
Stand alone music player, which allows you to open the player in a new window and listen while surfing other pages on this or any other website.
News Page – keep up to date with the latest Six Syllable Sin news.
Shows Page – view information on upcoming as well as past Six Syllable Sin shows.
Photos Page – view photos and slideshows of Six Syllable Sin shows or anything else we feel like posting.
This site is by no means finished, as with most websites it continues to be a work in progress and will continue to grow.
